Information we use

When you order or contact us, we use your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, order and vehicle details, messages and payment status. Stripe processes your card payment; we do not receive your full card number. Our website also receives technical request data such as IP address and browser information. With your analytics consent, we collect page, product and enquiry interaction data, referral source, approximate location, IP address, network organisation and a temporary session identifier to understand site use.

Why we use it

We use order details to perform the sales contract, arrange delivery and handle returns. We use contact and complaint records to provide support and meet legal obligations. We use necessary technical data for website security and fraud prevention. Optional analytics runs with your consent. We do not send marketing emails or messages merely because you placed an order.

Who receives information

We share what is needed with Stripe for payment, delivery providers for fulfilment, and our website hosting and communications providers for operation and support. If you choose WhatsApp or Facebook, those services process your message under their own privacy terms. When analytics is enabled, we check the visitor IP with ipinfo.io to identify the network, and send traffic notifications, including the IP address, to our Telegram account for staff review. We do not sell customer information.

Retention and international processing

We keep personal information only while needed for the order, support, security, accounting or a legal claim, then delete or anonymise it. The exact period depends on the record and applicable legal duties. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, object to or restrict processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us to make a request. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
